For us members the organisers are there to help us if we have problems to work through it with the management, then I know exactly what my rights are and that they are being protected

The SDA organisers are always there to help, If I have a question no matter how important or unimportant I think its is, I just call them and they help me...It's that simple!
The SDA WA member helpline

This new service allows SDA members to ask confidential questions about their pay and other entitlements or any other issues at work.
The helpline is staffed from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday and from 10am to 2pm on Saturdays.
